Refund policy

We don't accept returns or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If however your item has arrived damaged, we can offer a replacement, if one is not available, we can exchange for an item of similar price. In special circumstances a refund can be issued.


The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


To start a return, you can contact us at kellycollingsdesigns@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address from which they were received. This can be found on the label from your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
