Shipping policy
All our packaging is recyclable or reusable.
UK shipping:
-Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for an order to be processed. Shipping times may vary.
-Please allow up to 2 to 4 business days for a package to be delivered once shipped.
-Free standard delivery on orders over £30. Standard second class £1.90 for orders under £30. Delivery should be 2-4 days, but these times can vary, depending on the time of year. Once a package is with our delivery service, it is out of our control regarding delivery time.
-Upgrade delivery:
First class £3.30
Tracked 48 £2.85
Tracked 24 £3.80
Packages over 100g:
2nd class £3.90
Tracked 48 £3.65
Tracked 24 £4.65
-Pre-order info:
Any items ordered with pre-orders, will be shipped when pre-order becomes available/ completed.
All 3rd party seller shipping costs may vary. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
International shipping:
- We no longer ship to the EU or NI due to the new GSPR law. We apologise for any in convenience this may cause.
- Everywhere else: Standard International £5
- Tracked International £12
Orders over £50 will automatically be upgraded to tracked shipping.(UK only)
Orders over £100 will automatically get free tracked shipping.(UK and International)
For international orders, please allow up to 10 to 17 business days for a package to arrive once shipped.
Important information for international buyers:
VAT duties are NOT collected at checkout or added to the price, of any of our products. This means, VAT duties may need to be paid after entering the country you are in, before they release your package to you.
Custom and Import tax
Please note that all international orders will arrive as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that the customer retains the responsibility to pay for any Customs, VAT they may incur on deliveries sent from the UK. Your local postal service may request you to pay them before releasing your parcel.
